As a new generation medical device company, Applied Medical is focused on meeting three fundamental healthcare needs: enhanced clinical outcomes, cost containment and unrestricted choice. Our vertically integrated programs in design, development, manufacturing, and distribution enable us to consistently meet these objectives. We manufacture all of our products in-house at our corporate headquarters in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, and our European headquarters in Amersfoort, Netherlands with distribution centers around the world.

Policies and Benefits
At Applied Medical Europe, we offer 16 weeks of paid parental leave at full salary to primary carers. This policy reflects our commitment to support our employees during this crucial time.
Flexible Work Options
Recognizing the importance of flexibility in today’s fast-paced world, we offer a variety of flexible work arrangements. These include a compressed working week, flexible start and finish times, part-time work options, and rostered days off. We also have a policy of Time Off in Lieu of Overtime (TOIL), ensuring employees who have worked overtime can take equivalent time off at a later date.

To enhance the work-life balance of our employees, we’ve implemented a work-from-anywhere policy. This allows employees the freedom to work from a location that suits them best, offering greater control over their work environment.
Our job sharing policy enables two or more employees to share the responsibilities of one full-time position. This allows for increased flexibility and can help maintain a healthy work-life balance.
