Their Clinical Development team is looking for an Associate Coordinator able to assist with a variety of administrative tasks linked to the congress materials, compliance, and internal event coordination. As their new Associate Coordinator, you will be supporting the product experts create and update documentation for congresses, updating legal documents for internal events  and supporting the team to maintain an overview of the process while making adjustments as needed. Additionally, your role may include assisting on various department wide projects, writing of desk procedures, and other various administrative tasks. To succeed, you are able to work in a fast paced environment  and bring in excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm with great attention to detail.

You will be based at our European office in Amersfoort (NL) and you will report to the Clinical Development Operations Manager. 

This position is known as Associate Clinical Development Operations Coordinator. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding event requirements and liaise with the Clinical Development team to ensure high quality events
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports
  • Document administration as per the internal processes (payments, contracts, request forms etc.)
  • Process internal Health Care Professional Compliance documentation, reimbursement and payments as per internal processes
  • Create, update and maintain product related congress materials and templates while ensuring consistent messaging
  • Organization of meetings with relevant stakeholders
  • Update and maintain relevant shared locations and communication channels such as folder structures, OneNote, Teams channels, trackers etc.
  • Support organization wide projects as needed (eg. Vablet support, product collateral updates etc.)
You bring
  • Bachelor’s degree level
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar or related role
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows based computer applications, such as SAP or PLM and additional technical sites
  • Experience working in an international and multidisciplinary environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of more European languages is preferred
