We are looking for an organisational talent for an internationally operating duo. As a personal assistant, you are responsible for handling as many peripheral matters as possible, so that the entrepreneurs can fully focus on their priorities. Are you accurate and do you always think one step further? We are looking for a spider in the web for 32 hours a week. You will be working in a family office in Amsterdam South. The company consists of a close-knit team in which different departments operate. The most important core value that binds the team is trust. The job As a Personal Assistant you have varying activities and you perform work for the various departments within the company. The tasks include:
  • Book flights;
  • Devising, arranging and booking holidays;
  • Manage calendars;
  • Write e-mails and telephone (call?) on behalf of the clients;
  • Organize the clients' Google Drives;
  • Doing research (eg in which archive something can be found);
  • Spelling and grammar check (NL & UK);
  • Rewrite emails in a neat way;
  • Write letters and cards;
  • Arrange orders (books, clothes, etc.)
Are you proactive, meticulous and organisationally strong? Who are you?
  • You have MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
  • You are precise, structured and organized;
  • You are proactive and take initiative;
  • You communicate clearly and effectively and dare to ask questions;
  • You speak fluent English and conversational Dutch;
  • You have a good command of office applications such as MS Office, Gmail etc.;
  • At least 5 years of work experience;
  • You are available for 32 hours a week; at the office in Amsterdam South
