Kindly find my resume attached in my application regarding the open position of Customer Onboarding Specialist.

As detailed in my resume, I have previous work experience as a Business Analyst, also within the Hospitality Industry, and as a Customer Experience and Social Engagement Professional for 10 years at TomTom. Since September 2021 I was a Social Media Engagement Specialist and Product Specialist for the Philips Care account at RIFF, however my role ended unfortunately due to restructuring.

During my work experience I have handled a wide range of customer and business partner support issues including technical problems, order management cases, logistics and pre/after sales queries via the phone, email, chat and social media pages (X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp).

Previously at TomTom I achieved customer satisfaction results which were consistently within the highest in the team, and as a senior employee, I was additionally responsible for providing reports and feedback regarding the marketing campaigns, customer user experience and current issues. I also directed and coached the new hires during their onboarding and first months as an agent. Whilst employed by RIFF, my main task was to monitor the global social media support channels, and I supported both consumers and business partners in a consistent time frame via chat. As my role involved helping such a wide range of issues, it was necessary to communicate internally with team members throughout the world and take ownership of cases until the issue had been resolved.

I am highly organized and have the ability to maintain the tempo when working under pressure. I’m confident of working independently as well as being an active team member and perform in the most accurate manner. I have honed my people skills and find it natural to form strong professional relationships. Learning new procedures and processes comes natural to me, and I am also tech-savvy.
