I am writing to express my interest in the Customer Onboarding Manager role at ParsePort. With my background in Customer Care and Recruitment, and self-driven and curious personality, I believe I would be a valuable addition to the team.

My experience as a Customer Care Specialist has equipped me with strong interpersonal and communication skills. In this role, I have successfully met my retention goals every quarter, while building long lasting relationships with many clients and professionals. I am also responsible for overseeing the onboarding process, requiring strong collaboration across multiple departments. I believe the skills I gained in this role have prepared me to actively engage with existing and potential customers, foster lasting relationships and provide excellent service ParsePort’s customers.

In my previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, I developed analytical skills by evaluating candidates and matching them to clients’ needs. I also developed sales and lead generation skills through numerous meetings with managers at enterprise companies. I believe the analytical skills I gained in the position will set me up for success in this role and in turn, I aim to ensure the success of the onboarding process at ParsePort.

My experience balancing multiple jobs at one time has taught me excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. My international experience living in Hong Kong, Canada, and now in the Netherlands has made me flexible and resilient, and given me a unique perspective which allows me to adapt to new situations with ease, and to communicate and collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds. I pride myself on being a quick learner, easy to work with, and my capacity to empathize and relate to people. While I enjoy working in a team, I also work well independently, and like to take ownership and responsibility of my tasks.
