Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing this letter to share my interest in the position of Customer Onboarding Specialist at Workiva.
With a total of six years of professional experience, I am confident that I have the right attitude, transferable skills, and knowledge needed to succeed in this dynamic position and add to the growth of the company.
In my previous positions in the retail customer, operations, merchandising, and designing departments, I was in charge of various aspects related to the production including communication with internal and external stakeholders and clients. This included ordering materials, monitoring the manufacturing process, collaborating with the design and marketing teams, and making sure that clients and customers received their orders on time.
I’ve worked with a variety of softwares and tools to handle timesheets, data, and reports for production and delivery schedules. Moreover, I am acquainted with SAP software and adept with design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
As a graphic designer, my most recent job was with ADV Marcom Solutions in Singapore. I contributed to their product launch by creating the brand store design and image library for their initial offering, which was posted to their brand website and marketplace. I was able to guarantee timely delivery and excellent accuracy in artwork development by prioritizing the most important goods, ensuring agreement on design components, and maintaining open communication throughout the process.
During the last few years I relocated and lived overseas together with my family and focused on full time parenting. Now that my children are older and we are all settled in the Netherlands, I am ready to return to the workforce and launch my professional career here.
I enjoy working independently and as part of a winning team. This role at Workiva is a great opportunity for me to apply my different skill sets within a global business.
I would like to thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Regards,
Harneet Kaur.
