I am writing to express my interest in the vacancy of Customer Onboarding Specialist.
As you can see from my enclosed CV, I’ve worked in sales and trading in the FMCG and I have experience working in Saas. I’m skilled in managing customer relationships, building and maintaining strategic partnerships both with clients and suppliers, as well as identifying and onboarding new clients and evaluating potential business growth opportunities.
As a Key Account Manager in British American Tobacco, I was in charge of a portfolio of key clients with whom I closed strategic agreements and with whom I successfully managed complex negotiations. Increasing the company market share and the profitability in the national Key account channel. While I worked with a focus on the Italian market, I also dealt with international clients.
During my career I had the opportunity to cover different roles and different responsibilities, ensuring the execution of trade projects, coordinating the sales force and collaborating with different teams. Through the years I developed solid skills in communication, analysis and team working.
I’m currently working part time and attending a digital marketing course as I am looking for the right role that matches my skills and experience. Being naturally result and client oriented, I’m confident to be the perfect candidate for this role.
Last but not least, I am a native Italian speaker, I also speak fluent English and Spanish.
