We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the Benelux team in s-Hertogenbosch. The position is for 32 hours per week with the option to work hybrid. As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service as per company requirements, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently, effectively, and within the department’s service level commitment. Processing sales orders, and efficient contributions to customer service operations, and carrying out internal activities as part of the support team. Communicate positively about the company and its products to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues.
Your responsibilities
- Provide professional and effective services to internal and external customers, to meet customer expectations in line with department procedures and standards
- Deal effectively with customer support calls and emails, investigating, logging, and responding to queries in a timely appropriate manner
- Communicate courteously both written and verbal to customers, building positive relationships, responding to queries, and progressing issues
- Sales order processing, key accounts, hospital orders, retailers, rental, and consumers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with and support sales representatives as required arranging trials, evaluations, extensions, timely collections, monitoring locations, updating worksheets, and producing regular management reports as requested
- Conducting a correct and complete product service administration, conforming to the requirements of the organization, which includes guarantees, repairs, and returns
- Processing of electronic payments and refunds ensuring accuracy and security of customer details
- Effectively conveying any changes or updates related to SAP processes or systems to relevant stakeholders and providing necessary training or support to ensure smooth operations within the SAP environment
Your qualifications/experiences
- VMBO or equivalent – (essential)
- Fluent in French and Dutch (verbal and written – essential)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written – desirable)
- Related experience in a customer service role
- Good working knowledge of MS office products essential, and SAP desirable
- Experience working within a global, matrix organization is an advantage
