Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Time Analyst who will be responsible for assessing country time applications, undertaking requirement analysis with Stakeholders, documenting the system requirements, and, testing and end to end support of the system change.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform in-depth analysis with Stakeholders on Kronos, E-Time and in-country applications
- Support day-to-day inquiries/processing as needed
- Workday system requirements with the Global Transformation Team
- Clearly documenting the business requirements gathered to allow the business and technology teams to understand the need/change
- Able to articulate the impact for payroll as required
- Support as required during the development and testing phase
- Change management activities, knowledge articles
- Support to operational teams, during and post implementation
- Acts as SME to stakeholders and /or other team members
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Relevant Time System analysis experience
- Payroll experience a plus
- Experience of implementing end-to-end system changes within the Time and Absence area
- Global experience working on system projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
