As part of their broader CSR program, MUFG Bank (Europe) N.V. hosted the Every Mother Knows community at their office in Amsterdam Zuidas on Thursday 27th March for a joint community event.
During the event several employees from MUFG Bank shared their knowledge and experience with our community.
The morning was opened by our own Founder and CEO Angela Fusaro who introduced the program followed by a welcome message by Thomas Hessels (Head of Resilience & CSR Sponsor).
The first keynote presentation on Risk in Banking was given by Shreyas Dasam (Enterprise Risk Manager, Integrated Risk) and Daniele Zuin (Enterprise Risk Manager, ESG Risks).
After that we held an interactive panel discussion on the topic of women in banking where some of the women leaders from the industry shared their own journeys and stories with the audience.
The morning continued with a very informative session on Certification, Skills Development and Training for Career Success by Monika Dawidowicz (Enterprise Risk Manager, Risk Affairs) and Svetlana Timoshchenko (Enterprise Risk Manager, Resilience)
We closed off with a session on Building Financial Resilience with specific focus on Financial Planning and Budgeting which was given by Klemen Razborsek (Head of Enterprise Risk Management) and Patrisha Subban (Enterprise Risk Manager, Risk Technology). During this presentation, many practical tips and useful insights were shared.
It was a truly inspiring event and it was great to see so many of you there.
