On Tuesday 31st March we had the second edition of our community event at the MUFG Office in Amsterdam. Thank you to those who joined us and to the MUFG team for hosting us and sharing your knowledge and expertise with our community.

The day opened with a warm welcome from Every Mother Knows founder Angela Fusaro and Thomas Hessels (Head of Resilience and CSR Sponsor at MUFG)

This was followed by a presentation from the MUFG Talent Acquisition team which gave attendees practical insights into the MUFG culture, candidate’s journey, recruitment and onboarding experience.

From Corporate Social Responsibility to Environmental, Social, and Governance in banking, the day also featured other insightful and interactive presentations to support the career development of mothers. Engaging panel discussion provided the audience with first hand experience, valuable tips as well as personal stories and inspiration.

Participants explored the impact of AI at work and learned about the skills of the future. Meaningful connections with fellow mothers and leaders from the industry were made.

Attendees also had the opportunity to join speed-date interviews with MUFG hiring managers. Well done to those who applied, got short-listed and went through the interviews! You will hear from us about the next steps soon.

This year event at MUFG was a big success – it fully reminded us of the strength of our community and the importance of supporting each others.

We look forward to seeng you all again soon!
